About the role
Viju Industry Nigeria Limited, a leading beverage production company, is seeking a Line Operator to monitor and operate its automated milk production line while maintaining product quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities • Monitor and control automated dairy production processes using SCADA/DCS systems. • Maintain production parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates. • Identify system alarms, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with floor operators. • Operate automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems to maintain hygiene standards. • Record production data and ensure proper shift handovers.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or similar production environments. • Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with SCADA/DCS or industrial automation systems. • Knowledge of dairy or brewing processes and automated production lines is an advantage. • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts. • Age range of 25–30 years.
Salary ₦200,000–₦300,000/month
