About the role
We are a growing Lagos-based fintech seeking experienced Field Officers to onboard and train merchants on our platform. The role involves fieldwork across Lagos Island and Mainland, engaging with business owners, demonstrating mobile apps, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and train merchants on the company's fintech platform
- Conduct field visits to business districts across Lagos Island and Mainland
- Demonstrate smartphone and app usage to merchants
- Support product rollouts in retail and agency networks
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, agent training, or retailer engagement
- Background in telco, agency banking, POS, mobile money, or product launches
- Strong knowledge of Lagos business districts
- Confidence in interacting with business owners and using smartphones/apps
- Proactive, hardworking, and target-driven mindset
Salary
- Competitive salary plus commission
