Creative Content Producer

T.O.N Corporate Services is seeking a Creative Content Producer to develop innovative content concepts and oversee production for clients. The role involves creating scripts, storyboards, coordinating shoots, and managing creative deliverables across digital platforms.

Responsibilities • Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with client objectives and marketing goals. • Review clients’ digital presence to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities. • Create video concepts, scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and shoot briefs. • Plan and coordinate content shoots, including schedules, locations, talent, props, and equipment. • Collaborate with account managers, designers, videographers, photographers, and editors. • Review creative deliverables for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. • Manage feedback, revisions, and delivery timelines. • Organise digital content assets and production files. • Monitor social media trends and recommend relevant content opportunities. • Edit videos when required.

Requirements • BA/BSc/HND in Creative Arts, Mass Communication, Film, Media, Marketing, Design, or a related field. • At least 3 years of relevant content or creative production experience, preferably in an agency. • Strong creative portfolio showcasing content concepts and production work. • Experience creating scripts, storyboards, shoot briefs, and production plans. • Understanding of social media formats, particularly Instagram. • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video-editing tools. • Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, organisation, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently, manage feedback, and meet deadlines.

Salary ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month
