Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Atod Tech is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Creator and Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence and engage our audience across key platforms. The ideal candidate will combine creative content development with strategic social media management, particularly within the EdTech and software sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging, high-quality content across social media platforms aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content that supports product launches, campaigns, and educational initiatives in the EdTech space.
• Represent the Atod Tech brand professionally and consistently across all digital channels and communications.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in social media management.

Requirements:

• Must reside in Lagos and be available during core working hours for real-time collaboration.
• Possess strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
• Own a reliable laptop and operate under a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy.
• Have foundational knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Hold at least an ND or related qualification in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media.
