About the role
We are seeking a creative and experienced YouTube Growth Specialist to manage, grow, and improve the performance of a YouTube channel. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to drive measurable growth through strategic content planning, video production, SEO optimisation, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow subscribers, views, watch time, and engagement.
- Research trending topics, generate creative content ideas, and plan a consistent publishing schedule.
- Create and edit engaging YouTube Shorts and long-form videos.
- Optimise video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and SEO to improve reach and visibility.
- Manage video production, scheduling, and publishing.
- Analyse channel performance, track growth, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
- Good understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, audience retention, and content optimisation.
- Excellent storytelling, creativity, and content research skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Salary ₦300,000 monthly
