About the role
RLG Cosmetics is seeking a creative Content Creator and Social Media Officer to produce engaging beauty and cosmetics content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms. The role involves creating makeup tutorials, product demonstrations, and beauty tips while supporting campaigns and monitoring performance.
Responsibilities • Create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms. • Produce makeup tutorials, product demonstrations, reviews, and beauty tips. • Film and edit high-quality content using an iPhone. • Support product launches, promotions, campaigns, and events. • Monitor trends, engage with audiences, and track content performance. • Maintain consistent brand visuals and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
Requirements • 1–2 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing. • Basic knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, and beauty trends. • Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, or similar editing tools. • Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form content formats. • Comfortable appearing on camera or working with models. • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. • A portfolio of previous work is an advantage.
