HR Associate

We are seeking an HR Associate to support our human resources operations at Veritasi Homes and Properties Limited in Lagos. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, and engagement initiatives in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Support employee relations and engagement activities.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Practical experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Must reside in Lekki, Ikoyi, or nearby areas and be able to commute daily.

Salary ₦250,000 monthly
