About the role
Cypresshill Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) to deliver high-quality patient care, support mothers during pregnancy and childbirth, and assist in clinical procedures. The role involves maintaining patient records, providing prenatal and postnatal care, monitoring labour, administering medications, and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities • Maintain accurate and complete patient health records. • Provide prenatal and postnatal care, including screening tests. • Monitor labour and advise mothers on pain management options. • Identify high-risk pregnancies and refer patients to relevant specialists. • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions. • Record vital signs and monitor changes in patient conditions. • Order diagnostic and clinical tests. • Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues.
Requirements • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience. • Relevant nursing and midwifery qualifications. • Ability to monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and maintain accurate medical records.
Salary ₦200,000–₦300,000 monthly
