Female Chef

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Female Chef to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality local and continental dishes while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of local Nigerian and continental dishes daily.
• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Ensure all food ingredients are stored properly and used efficiently to minimize waste.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and ready for service throughout operating hours.
• Adhere to scheduled working hours from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Follow recipes accurately and consistently while presenting dishes attractively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a busy household or catering environment.
• Strong culinary skills with expertise in both local and continental cuisines.
• Excellent personal and kitchen hygiene practices.
• High level of neatness, organization, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak meal times.

Restrictions: Female Chef, Ikeja, Lagos, onsite, ₦200,000 monthly, age 28–35, Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Prepare local and continental dishes. Skills: strong culinary skills, kitchen hygiene, neatness, organization and reliability.
