About the role
Exotic Pet Café is seeking a customer-focused Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to manage sales, customer inquiries, bookings, and relationship maintenance. The role involves handling walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp enquiries, recommending pet products and services, processing payments, managing grooming and boarding bookings, following up with customers, and supporting stock management and feedback collection.
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in, phone and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Recommend and sell suitable pet products and services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Manage grooming and boarding bookings.
- Follow up with customers and send treatment reminders.
- Support stock management and customer feedback collection.
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Comfortable handling dogs, cats and other pets.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Google Sheets or Excel.
- Must reside in or near Lekki/Ajah.
Salary ₦200,000/month + performance bonus (up to ₦50,000)
