Senior Sales Associate

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Associate to oversee daily operations across our two fashion boutique outlets in Lagos. This role requires strong leadership, customer engagement, and operational excellence to drive sales and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of both boutique locations, ensuring consistent service and visual merchandising standards.
• Supervise, schedule, and mentor sales staff to meet performance and customer service expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and minimize stock discrepancies using digital tools.
• Track and achieve monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering personalized recommendations with product knowledge gained through training.
• Utilize WhatsApp, Instagram, POS systems, and spreadsheets to manage communications, sales data, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND qualification with proven experience in retail or business operations management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in digital tools including WhatsApp, Instagram, POS systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and commute reliably between branches in Victoria Island, Lagos.
