Relationship Officer

WhitePenguin Solutions is hiring Relationship Officers (NYSC Corps Members) in Lagos. This role involves building relationships with preschools, nurseries, and primary schools to introduce and sign them up for WhitePenguin's childcare software platform.

Responsibilities

• Visit preschools, nurseries, and primary schools across Lagos and build relationships with owners and administrators
• Introduce WhitePenguin, run simple product demos and sign up new schools
• Follow up with prospects by phone, WhatsApp, and in person
• Help new schools get set up and support them in their first weeks
• Report weekly on your visits, leads, and signups

Requirements

• A corps member serving in Lagos, or about to be posted to Lagos
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable talking to business owners
• Organized, self-driven, and willing to move around Lagos
• Good with a smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic apps. Must have a laptop
• Any degree is welcome. Sales, marketing, or education experience is a plus but not required

Salary ₦60,000 to ₦80,000 monthly plus commission on every school you sign
