Locator.NG is seeking flexible Field Sales Agents to register businesses on its Locator Map across selected markets in Lagos. This role requires visiting shops, engaging with business owners, and achieving monthly registration targets.

Responsibilities

• Visit shops and register businesses in assigned markets.
• Visit the assigned market at least 3 times weekly.
• Achieve a minimum target of 10 registrations monthly.
• Follow company rules and directives.
• Attend online meetings and collaborate with team members.
• Clock in and out whenever in the market.
• Provide feedback from each business owner contacted.

Requirements

• Must live within 30 minutes of Computer Village Ikeja, Trade Fair Complex Ojo, Odunade/Coker/Agric Market, or Olugbede Model Market Egbeda.
• Ability to approach and engage business owners.
• Good smartphone.
• Knowledge of digital marketing.
• Presentable with good persuasive skills.

Salary

• ₦2,000 daily stipend when clocked in at any assigned market.
• ₦1,500 or ₦1,000 daily commission from each registration made.
• ₦20,000 monthly bonus after exceeding the minimum target.
• Quarterly bonus for high performance after meeting targets for 3 consecutive months.
