Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide support to the sales and operations teams as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ₦300,000 - ₦500,000 a month
