Solar Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Whip-Smart Service Provider Limited is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Solar Sales Manager / Business Development Manager for a growing renewable energy company.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development activities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, distributors, installers, EPCs, resellers, and other B2B customers.
• Lead and drive the sales team.
• Negotiate, manage relationships, and close deals.
• Leverage existing networks within the solar, power, and renewable energy sector.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ relevant sales/business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos market.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, inverters, batteries, power solutions, electrical products, or related industries.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills.
• Ability to lead and drive a sales team.
• Existing network within the solar/power/renewable energy sector is an advantage.
• Must be able to work onsite in Ikeja.
• Strong experience in solar, batteries, inverters, generators, power solutions, or electrical distribution is encouraged.

Salary ₦700,000 – ₦1,000,000/month
