Graphics & Brand Designer

Work Type: Hybrid — 3 days onsite

Role Overview Testify Limited is looking for a talented Graphics & Brand Designer with strong creative instincts and a solid understanding of visual branding. The ideal candidate should be able to create polished brand assets while also having a strong ability to produce illustrative designs.

• Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative designs for digital and marketing campaigns.
• Create and maintain consistent visual branding across platforms.
• Design social media graphics, marketing
• materials, presentations, and other brand assets.
• Create illustrations and custom visual concepts rather than relying solely on templates.
• Translate ideas and briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colour, layouts, and overall brand identity.
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, or Visual Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding + illustrative design.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, composition, and colour theory.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to take creative direction while also bringing original ideas.
• Good communication and collaboration skills. Important: -The candidate must be genuinely good at illustrative design. This is not a role for someone who only creates basic social media flyers/templates.

Compensation: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly, depending on experience and portfolio.
