About the role
SCM Capital Limited is seeking a Strategy Officer to support corporate strategy development, identify growth opportunities, and monitor strategic initiatives to drive business performance.
Responsibilities • Support corporate strategy development and implementation. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial analysis. • Prepare business cases, financial models, and recommendations. • Track strategic initiatives and KPIs, identifying gaps and recommending improvements. • Collaborate with departments to align activities with business objectives. • Prepare management reports, presentations, and strategy updates.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. • At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, or business analysis. • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Postgraduate degree or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
Salary ₦750,000–₦1,000,000/month
