Operations Manager

LUNA Heritage Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at its hospitality destination, coordinate teams, maintain service standards, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate departmental teams.
• Maintain service standards and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory, POS systems, and financial controls.
• Prepare operational reports and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Ensure departments function effectively and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven operations-management experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, lounges, hotels, or entertainment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial controls.
• Excellent reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak hospitality periods.
