About the role
G2i is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer, or an engineer operating at Staff or Principal level, with strong coding skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools. The role is fully remote and requires deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software using TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor to enhance productivity.
- Evaluate code efficiently without executing it or reviewing every line.
- Provide detailed written feedback and short video explanations in English.
Requirements
- Senior, Staff, or Principal-level engineering experience, or equivalent expertise.
- Strong background in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Deep familiarity with modern AI-assisted development workflows.
- Ability to evaluate code without executing it or reviewing every line.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency (B2 level or above).
