About the role
eTranzact Plc is seeking a POS Application Developer to build, maintain, and certify secure payment applications for Android-based POS terminals. The role involves developing and integrating payment solutions across various devices, ensuring compliance with payment schemes, and supporting terminal testing and certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop payment applications for Android POS terminals (including Topwise MP35P & MP45P)
- Integrate Terminal Management Systems (TMS) for remote updates and key management
- Build secure offline handling and settlement features
- Support terminal testing and scheme certification
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience developing applications for Android POS terminals or payment devices
- Hands-on experience with Android development, EMV, contactless/NFC, magnetic stripe, QR payment integrations, terminal management systems, and transaction processing
