Finance Business Partner

Africa Prudential Plc is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and drive business growth through financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Align financial plans with business objectives.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and financial statements.
• Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and financial performance.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Drive cost optimisation, resource allocation, and financial efficiency.
• Conduct variance analysis and develop financial models.
• Support budgeting, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• ICAN, ACCA, or CFA qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Commercial awareness and ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations.
