The role involves managing employee performance, workflows, KPIs, and improving HR policies and operational processes.
Responsibilities • Oversee HR functions, employee performance, and engagement. • Manage daily operations, workflows, and team accountability. • Track KPIs, coordinate projects, and prepare management reports. • Improve HR policies and operational processes.
Requirements • 5–7 years’ experience in HR, Operations, or People Operations. • Strong leadership, organisational, and reporting skills. • Fashion, retail, or creative industry experience is an advantage.
Salary ₦500,000–₦600,000 monthly
