Operations and Financial Services Officer

The Operations and Financial Services Officer will oversee the day-to-day financial and operational functions of ICS Outsourcing, ensuring accurate recording, analysis, and reporting of financial transactions. They will also manage operational processes and drive efficiency improvements across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, and billing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Manage operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant working experience in a finance company or financial services sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Core audit experience is an added advantage.
• Membership in relevant professional bodies is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• In-depth understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience with core accounting tools/software.
