Accountant

Agropex City Farm is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations and ensure compliance with Nigerian tax regulations and IFRS standards. The role involves budgeting, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records using accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements in line with IFRS and Nigerian tax regulations.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and budgeting activities.
• Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, SAP) and Microsoft Excel for financial data management.
• Support financial planning and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS, and Nigerian tax regulations.

Salary ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 gross per month
