We are looking for a confident, creative, and results-driven Brand and Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and brand growth strategies.
• Generate new business leads and partnerships.
• Visit estates, property developers and property managers to promote the platform.
• Arrange client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Drive customer acquisition and business growth.
• Represent the company at meetings and networking events.
• Travel when required for approved business activities.
• Manage social media and digital marketing

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media.
• Strong business development and networking skills.
• Confident engaging with decision-makers.
• Creative, proactive and target-driven.
• Willingness to conduct field marketing and travel.
• Real Estate, Property Management, PropTech or Technology experience is an advantage.

Salary ₦200,000 net per month + performance-based commission
