Videographer / Video Editor

Interrand Homes & Properties Limited is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer / Video Editor to produce engaging visual content for its properties, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and corporate activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content.
• Create content for social media, property listings, marketing campaigns, and events.
• Capture property tours, client testimonials, and promotional content.
• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas.
• Add music, captions, transitions, graphics, and other editing elements.
• Ensure videos align with the company’s brand and professional image.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on content creation.
• Stay updated with social media video trends and formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, and sound.
• Strong storytelling and creative skills.
• Ability to create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Portfolio or samples of previous work is required.
• Real estate content creation experience is an advantage.
