Head of Operations

A leading marine services organization, LATC Marine, is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and optimize marine fleet operations, service delivery, vessel deployment, and operational excellence. This is a strategic leadership role for professionals with strong experience in maritime, offshore, shipping, or marine operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marine fleet operations and vessel deployment
• Drive vessel utilization, operational availability, and service excellence
• Oversee scheduling, port operations, logistics, and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and HSE requirements
• Manage operational budgets, cost controls, and performance KPIs
• Build strong client relationships and ensure SLA adherence
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams
• Manage operational risks, incident response, and business continuity initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Operations, Nautical Science, or related discipline
• 8-10 years of experience in marine, maritime, offshore, shipping, or vessel operations
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing vessel operations and teams
• Strong expertise in fleet deployment, scheduling, port operations, service delivery, and maritime compliance
• Proven experience managing budgets, operational performance, and stakeholder relationships

Salary USD 7000 - 8000 per month
