Junior Operations & Business Development Executive

An oil and gas company in Lekki, Lagos is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join their team in a hands-on role spanning business development, operations, and procurement support.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities — from monitoring tenders/RFQs to helping prepare proposals and quotations
• Support day-to-day project coordination with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Assist with sourcing, supplier comparisons, and commercial proposals
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on enquiries and commitments
• Keep accurate records and prepare regular activity reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field
• 1–3 years' experience in business development, operations, procurement, sales, or project coordination
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Proactive, self-driven attitude — this role comes with real growth potential into senior positions

Salary ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
