Experienced Recruitment Officer

Sunfol Educational Consultancy Limited is seeking an Experienced Recruitment Officer to support student recruitment, guide applicants through course selection and placement, and promote the company’s partner institutions. The role involves counseling applicants, developing recruitment strategies, maintaining records, and coordinating with branches and university representatives.

Responsibilities

• Counsel applicants on suitable courses and study options.
• Support applicants throughout the application and placement process.
• Develop monthly marketing plans and recruitment strategies.
• Promote Sunfol’s institutions to prospective students and achieve recruitment targets.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert prospective clients into registrations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide timely activity updates.
• Liaise with company branches, university representatives, and the telesales team.
• Stay updated on partner institutions’ courses, materials, and procedures.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or demonstrable equivalent skills.
• Experience in customer-facing and administrative roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and good organizational abilities.
• Experience in international education and marketing is an advantage.

Salary ₦150,000–₦200,000/month
