About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job vacancies to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities: - Post job vacancies across multiple platforms - Source and engage with potential candidates - Manage WhatsApp groups and Telegram channels for communication - Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs - Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment metrics Requirements: - Proven experience in recruitment (minimum 3 years) - Strong organizational skills - Proficiency in using WhatsApp and Telegram for professional communication - Ability to conduct effective interviews - Experience in candidate shortlisting - Must reside in Lagos and be available for physical assessments when required
