Architect

ICS Outsourcing is seeking a registered Architect with extensive experience in residential and commercial projects for a top client in the interior design, construction, and civil works sector. The role requires strong technical skills and proven success in securing building plan approvals in Lagos State.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare and submit building plans for approval by Lagos State authorities.
• Use Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software to produce detailed drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc and M.Sc in Architecture
• ARCON registration (NIA membership is a plus)
• 6+ years of post-qualification experience
• Proficiency in Revit/ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software
• Proven track record in obtaining Lagos State building plan approvals
