Chief Security Officer (CSO)

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for the overall security, safety, and protection of Domeo Resources International's (DRI) personnel, guests, assets, facilities, information, and operations. The role involves developing and implementing security procedures, supervising security personnel, monitoring access control, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with Company security policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce effective security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate all security operations within the Company’s premises and assigned locations.
• Supervise Security Supervisors, Security Officers, CCTV Operators and other security staff.
• Control and monitor entry and exit of employees, guests, contractors and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV operations and ensure cameras cover critical areas.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies and breaches.
• Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments of the Company's premises.
• Maintain proper control of master keys, access cards and security-related equipment.
• Liaise with Police, Civil Defence, Fire Service and other relevant security agencies when required.
• Ensure compliance with Company security policies and procedures.
