Project Manager (Major Capital Projects) III

Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major oil and gas capital projects valued at over $500 million, ensuring timely delivery within budget, specifications, and deadlines. The role requires strong leadership, project governance, financial management, and stakeholder coordination across complex technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and finalize major capital projects.
• Develop project plans, monitor progress, and allocate resources.
• Lead the Project Team and Project Leadership Team.
• Integrate development planning and subsurface team deliverables into project plans.
• Identify and resolve key project issues with relevant functions.
• Manage project governance, financial matters, and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee selected commercial, joint-venture, and government relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Extensive experience in major capital projects within the oil and gas industry.
• International project experience, including at least two overseas assignments.
• Experience executing major capital projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and share technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in project execution planning, contracting, procurement, cost estimation, project controls, scheduling, and organisational design.
• Experience in one or more technical disciplines such as marine, facilities, subsea, pipelines, or structures.
