About the role
Escrow-Tech Limited is seeking an experienced Product & Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of OHMFLEX, a smart home automation and energy optimisation platform that helps households reduce electricity bills through intelligent control of connected devices. The role involves owning the product roadmap, managing end-to-end delivery across cloud services, mobile apps, IoT devices, and external partners, while driving growth of the developer marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, research customer needs, define priorities, and track performance using product KPIs.
- Develop product requirements and user stories, conduct user research, and prioritise features based on evidence.
- Manage sprints, releases, timelines, risks, and dependencies across software, hardware, and DevOps teams.
- Support developer onboarding, APIs, SDKs, app publishing, and ecosystem growth.
- Coordinate with the CTO, engineering, business teams, customers, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience in product management, technical project management, or a combined role.
- Proven experience delivering products involving cloud services, mobile apps, and connected devices, preferably in IoT, smart home, or energy technology.
- Strong Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery skills and experience with tools such as Jira or ClickUp.
- Technical understanding of APIs, microservices, device protocols, and data.
- Excellent communication, product documentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience managing external partners and delivering projects to deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Salary ₦450,000 gross per month
