Chief Information Security Officer

OTTS is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead enterprise cybersecurity, information protection, and technology risk management. The role involves developing security strategy, overseeing governance and incident response, ensuring compliance, and advising executive leadership on cyber risks.

Responsibilities • Develop and execute the enterprise information security strategy. • Oversee cybersecurity governance, security architecture, and threat management. • Lead incident response, security monitoring, and cyber resilience programmes. • Strengthen data protection, identity management, and third-party security controls. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and information security requirements. • Advise executive management and the Board on emerging cybersecurity risks. • Build a capable information security team and promote security awareness.

Requirements • Extensive experience protecting complex technology environments. • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, incident response, and enterprise risk management. • Relevant professional certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are advantageous.
