About the role
TAT Agency is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to handle client inquiries and drive sales in the travel industry. The role requires strong communication skills, fluency in Hausa, and a proven background in customer service.
Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person. • Provide accurate information on travel services, visa requirements, flight schedules, hotel bookings, and tour options. • Handle client complaints or issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Marketing or any related field. • Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Must be able to speak and understand Hausa.
Salary ₦200,000 per month
