Restaurant Cashier

Ikevora is seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Restaurant Cashier to manage customer payments, maintain accurate sales records, and support front-of-house operations at their Wuse 2, Abuja location. The role requires strong numerical skills, honesty, and experience in handling payments in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities • Process cash, bank transfers, card, and other approved payments. • Verify electronic payment confirmations and issue receipts. • Record sales and maintain accurate payment records. • Balance cash and reconcile daily sales at the end of each shift. • Prepare sales summaries and report discrepancies. • Provide courteous customer service and respond to payment enquiries. • Coordinate with restaurant staff on orders and bills. • Maintain a clean and secure cashier station and protect financial information.

Requirements • HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Previous cashier or payment-handling experience, preferably in hospitality. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and sales reporting. • Familiarity with POS systems and electronic payment methods. • Strong numerical, reconciliation, and record-keeping skills. • Honesty, integrity, attention to detail, and good communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Salary ₦85,000 monthly
