CodelabProjects Nigeria Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing & Cold Call Agent to support their marketing and sales initiatives in Lagos. The role involves making outbound calls, supporting digital campaigns, creating content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls and follow up with prospective clients.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and social media activities.
• Assist with content creation, posting, and online engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support lead generation.
• Assist with graphic design using Canva, Adobe tools, or similar software.
• Monitor online engagement and support customer experience.
• Learn and use company systems, scripts, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• NYSC completed or currently serving candidates may apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, adaptable, organised, and trainable.
