REMOTE GROWTH HACKER

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, analytical, and results-driven Growth Hacker to join our remote team. This person will be responsible for identifying unconventional and scalable ways to grow our audience, users, community, partnerships, and revenue.

The ideal candidate is not just a marketer. You are a growth thinker, experimenter, researcher, and problem solver who can turn ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative growth strategies across digital platforms.
• Identify new channels for acquiring users, customers, partners, sponsors, and supporters.
• Build and test growth experiments quickly and continuously.
• Develop referral, ambassador, community, and partnership growth campaigns.
• Research competitors, markets, trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Use social media, content, email, SEO, communities, partnerships, and digital campaigns to drive growth.
• Analyze data and user behavior to identify what is working and what is not.
• Track key growth metrics, conversion rates, acquisition costs, engagement, and retention.
• Create growth funnels from awareness → engagement → conversion → retention.
• Find opportunities for organic and low-cost growth.
• Work closely with the founder and creative/technical team to turn ideas into campaigns.
• Test AI tools and automation to improve marketing and growth processes.
• Build systems that can continue generating growth without constant manual effort.
• Prepare weekly growth reports showing experiments, results, lessons, and next actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, product growth, community growth, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media growth and digital acquisition.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to use data to make decisions.
• Strong understanding of growth funnels and conversion strategies.
• Experience running experiments and A/B tests.
• Ability to identify opportunities others may overlook.
• Comfortable using AI tools and learning new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of projects.
• Strong English communication skills.
