Sales Executive

Virgin-Landmarts Limited is seeking a confident and target-driven Sales Executive with a passion for Real Estate, Facility Management, Construction & Interior Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting qualified leads, prospecting for new clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads
• Prospect for new clients and business opportunities
• Present and promote company products and services
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Conduct client meetings, property inspections and presentations
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Utilize social media, referrals, networking and digital marketing to generate business

Requirements

• OND, HND, BSC Holder
• Must reside in Lagos preferably within this key region (Festac Town, Mile 2, Satellite Town, Ojo, Abule Ado and its environs)
