Senior Sales Closer – Real Estate

Outsource Nigeria is seeking a Senior Sales Closer to drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into paying clients across land sales, mortgage products, and real estate investment opportunities. The role requires proven experience in high-ticket sales, client engagement, and deal closure, with a focus on local and diaspora high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities • Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve sales targets. • Develop sales strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue. • Engage local and diaspora clients, including high-net-worth individuals. • Conduct property presentations, site inspections and investment briefings. • Negotiate deals, handle objections and follow up with prospective clients. • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities. • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in the CRM. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and documentation. • Prepare sales reports and monitor performance against targets. • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business decisions.

Requirements • HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Finance or related field. • 5–10 years' experience in sales closing, business development or high-ticket sales. • Experience in real estate, luxury sales, banking, insurance, mortgage products or financial services is strongly preferred. • Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet or exceed sales targets. • Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients or diaspora customers is an advantage. • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools and digital communication platforms. • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.

Salary ₦800,000 monthly + commission
