A reputable real estate and construction firm in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for immediate employment. The roles include Architects and a Business Development Manager, with competitive salaries and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

• Architect: Design and execution of architectural projects, preparation of drawings and specifications, coordination with consultants and contractors, compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Business Development Manager: Generate leads, achieve sales targets, market properties in Lekki Phase 1, maintain client relationships, and report on activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; ARCON registration an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
• At least 2 years’ experience in real estate marketing, property sales, leasing, or business development.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating qualified leads.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and digital marketing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary

• Architects: ₦400,000–₦450,000 monthly
• Business Development Manager: ₦350,000–₦400,000 monthly (commission on sales)
