Projects (Tech) – Cost / Schedule / Controls Engineer / Specialist III

ABNL Limited is seeking an experienced Cost / Schedule / Controls Engineer to support project cost estimation, scheduling, reporting, and project controls activities. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking, schedule management, and compliance with reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates and schedules.
• Maintain change control processes and cost reports.
• Coordinate monthly project progress reports.
• Work with estimators, planners, schedulers, and accounting teams.
• Support project managers with regulated and non-regulated reporting requirements.
• Participate in project cost and schedule assessments.
• Contribute to process improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Previous experience in a similar project controls role.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, project planning, and project controls.
• Excellent analytical, computing, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional activities effectively.
