CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Voda Paints Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide front-line support and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support and respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage customer interactions across phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Follow up with customers and support a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• 0–2 years in customer service or related role. Entry-level friendly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, communication tools, and good interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work full-time.
• Good communication skills, patient, courteous, and customer-focused.
