Registered Nurse

First Patient Engagement Ltd is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care and manage chronic conditions. Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, administering medications, and overseeing remote patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive management of patients’ overall health needs.
• Coordinate and oversee referrals to other doctors and medical facilities as necessary.
• Manage and administer prescriptions and medications effectively.
• Implement and manage Chronic Care Management (CCM) services to ensure continuous support for patients with chronic conditions.
• Oversee Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) processes, including tracking patient data and providing timely interventions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records and care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSC) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Proficient in computer usage and medical software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work night shifts as required.

Salary

• ₦170,000–₦180,000 Monthly, based on qualifications and experience.
