Investment Adviser (Real Estate)

SOW Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Investment Adviser to join its elite sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, advising, and converting high-net-worth individuals and corporate investors into property owners while driving revenue growth through strategic real estate sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage, nurture, and convert prospective clients into buyers.
• Conduct presentations and site inspections for luxury real estate projects.
• Advise clients on market trends, property investments, and wealth preservation opportunities.
• Handle negotiations, resolve objections, and close high-value transactions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or other high-value asset sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high-ticket deals.
• Must currently reside in Abuja.
• Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and sales skills.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly professional.
