A Radiographer is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, preparing patients, and maintaining equipment while ensuring radiation safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-rays and other diagnostic imaging procedures as required.
• Prepare patients and explain imaging procedures clearly.
• Operate and maintain radiography equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure proper radiation protection and safety standards are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare imaging reports as required.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Radiography or a related qualification.
• Valid professional registration/license where applicable.
• Good communication, technical, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-centred approach.
