SHOWROOM SUPERVISOR

A reputable Home Appliances and Electronics Distribution Company is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Showroom Supervisor. The role involves overseeing showroom operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the showroom.
• Ensure proper arrangement and display of home appliances and electronic products.
• Attend to customers, provide product information, and assist with sales.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Supervise showroom staff and ensure discipline and professionalism.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
• Monitor sales activities and prepare basic sales reports.
• Ensure the safety and proper handling of products.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Must be male.
• Must have good communication and customer service skills.
• Must possess leadership and organisational abilities.
• Previous experience in showroom supervision, retail sales, or electronics sales is an added advantage.
• Must be responsible, honest, and hardworking.
• Must be willing to work full-time in Ogba, Lagos.

Salary: ₦80,000 Monthly
