IT Support Staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and software.
- Maintain and manage IT infrastructure in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Document and track IT issues using ticketing systems.
Requirements:
- OND, HND or BSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years IT support experience
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, LAN)
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
Salary: ₦95,000- ₦120,000 per month
