ORÍKÌ is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to provide exceptional service to clients in a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage customer bookings, appointments and enquiries
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Promote and recommend ORÍKÌ products and services
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily sales reports
• Keep the reception area clean, organised and professionally presented
• Support daily spa operations and follow company policies and service standards

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
• 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Front Desk or Hospitality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Friendly, professional, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary ₦250,000 monthly
